Join us for TRX on Mondays at 5:15pm in the ticket lobby of Buttermilk! TRX develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability throughout the entire body simultaneously. The TRX leverages gravity and uses the body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal! Great for all levels!

Spin Class

Come join us at TAC Fit in Basalt for Cycling from 5:30-6:30pm on Thursdays! Indoor cycling provides a fun cardiovascular workout for all ages & fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with motivational instruction. Please call TAC Fit in advance to reserve a bike. If you sign up and don't show up and the class is full, TAC Fit will have to charge a no-show.


Come join MBS for Yoga-Lates in the Ticket Pavilion in Snowmass on Thursdays! This blend of Yoga and Pilates will feature unique exercises to strengthen the core and get in a good stretch after a long ski day! A great way to slow down and renew!

HIIT for Ski Conditioning

Come join MBS in the ticketing lobby of Buttermilk for HIIT for Ski Conditioning 5:15-6:15pm. This High Intensity Interval Training class is a safe and effective class for getting a total body workout by improving your strength, agility, endurance, flexibility and balance. Great for prepping for Work Ready and all your favorite winter activities! All levels welcome!


Come join MBS at TacFit in Basalt starting May 6th every Monday for a Body Pump class! At 6:00-7:00 AM body pump will help you sculpt and tone your body by using weights to do a variety of exercises. This group fitness class is a great way to increase your heart rate and muscle! Please call/register ahead with TacFit and let them know you want to join the class through MBS.

Aspen Parkrun

Launching on April 7th is Aspen parkrun – a free, weekly, timed 5km run open to everyone in the community.  We will be running from the ARC, departing at 8am every Saturday morning.  We encourage people to stay afterwards for coffee, chatting and/or breakfast.  No running experience in necessary and we encourage running, walking and strollers!  Although there is an event director, this is a community program and as such we do require the help of volunteers so anyone interested in that is also welcome to attend.  I’m hoping to get a band of volunteers together so they can enjoy running most weeks and volunteering on the odd occasion.

This is about the community getting together to promote health and fitness and have some fun to start the weekends off.  The town of Aspen is welcoming, friendly, active and healthy….parkrun supports these ideals and principals that the Aspen community holds dear!
