Come join MBS at TacFit in Basalt starting May 6th every Monday for a Body Pump class! At 6:00-7:00 AM body pump will help you sculpt and tone your body by using weights to do a variety of exercises. This group fitness class is a great way to increase your heart rate and muscle!
Come join MBS at TacFit in Basalt starting May 8th for a Zumba Blast Dance class! From 6:00-7:00 PM every Wednesday Zumba will help you work up a sweat with high energy dance moves! Zumba is a combination of hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
Healthy Living & Lifestyle Event. This Moab cycling camp features four days of riding, coachingand clinics for riders of all abilities. Three evenings of seminars and presentations with the Pros, Doctors, Nutritionists andIndustry Reps.

Launching on April 7th is Aspen parkrun – a free, weekly, timed 5km run open to everyone in the community. We will be running from the ARC, departing at 8am every Saturday morning. We encourage people to stay afterwards for coffee, chatting and/or breakfast. No running experience in necessary and we encourage running, walking and strollers! Although there is an event director, this is a community program and as such we do require the help of volunteers so anyone interested in that is also welcome to attend. I’m hoping to get a band of volunteers together so they can enjoy running most weeks and volunteering on the odd occasion.
This is about the community getting together to promote health and fitness and have some fun to start the weekends off. The town of Aspen is welcoming, friendly, active and healthy….parkrun supports these ideals and principals that the Aspen community holds dear!
